Here at Shacklocks we encourage all of our clients to make Wills. We believe that Wills are at the very heart of the concept of putting your affairs in order. In particular making a Will means that you are writing your own set of rules to dictate what happens following your deaths. Without a Will the Governments own rules will apply which for most people is not acceptable.
