Voluntary Registration
Shacklocks are actively encouraging the voluntary first registration of unregistered property.
"Not possible to do any better, impeccable service."
Ms J K, a client of Shacklocks
If your home, other property or land is not currently registered, then you should seriously consider registering it, especially as the fees and registration costs are currently discounted.
Registered property has better protection against loss of title by adverse possession or encroachment than unregistered land. Owners of registered property / land will be issued a warning of any claim against their title. In addition registered land is guaranteed by the state. This confirms description, owners and rights and obligations of the land and should title documentation be lost, an electronic record will be available. These will also include any other relevant documents.
