Shacklocks gains further praise on quality assessment.
Shacklocks is delighted to have achieved successful reaccreditation to the Law Society's Lexcel Quality Standard Version 4. The rigorous examination of the firm's approach to client care, systems and procedures and practice management produce strong praise from the independent assessor who singled out 11 particular areas of good practice within the firm for special praise. These include innovative induction processes for new staff being welcomed to the firm, developments in the use of information technology and strong human resources practices including health & safety & diversity topics.
Commenting on the successful reassessment Managing Partner Martin Fallows said, “it is once again very pleasing to be able to demonstrate to an independent assessor the very high standards that we at Shacklocks continue to maintain. We believe that our continuing commitment to quality and the provision of excellent service to our clients continues to deliver good results for us and helps us to maintain a loyal returning client base which has been the foundation upon which our firm has been built for many years”.
