We would like to hear from Paralegals who already specialise in Wills and Trusts work and who have experience of dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney and their registration. The role represents further growth in this major department of the firm. The successful candidate will be strong on process and compliance and will have demonstrated strong client-facing skills in their career. Applications from those who aspire to qualification as a solicitor or legal executive and to acquire STEP accreditation will be particularly welcomed.
