We are currently interested in recruiting a solicitor to join our Private Client Team where they will specialise in Wills, Trusts, Mental Capacity and Probate. This work represents a major contributor to the firms business and we anticipate further growth ahead. The successful candidate must be prepared to adopt our innovative and progressive methods and will have a positive approach to solutions-based advice, compliance and efficiency. We would particularly like to hear from STEP-practitioners or those working towards that accreditation. Members of ACTAPS would also be welcome to apply if they have a proven record of utilising their membership within a mainly non-contentious role.
